Title: Starting embed QF -Test browser from Java application


I’m creating an automated test case by using QF –Test. First test case will start Java application as a SUT. Then it should start embed QF –Test Mozilla browser with special URL by using menu of previously started Java application. This is done by right clicking special object in Java application and selecting “Start application” from menu. But it will start default browser of the computer when recording this step by QF Test. For example real Mozilla Firefox not embed QF Test browser and so it’s not possible automate test case further from this point. Testing this step was main idea of test case. Do you know if it’s possible to start this embed QF –Test browser from Java application instead of default browser of computer? I have checked mailing list archive and found similar topic like this:


This question was sent one year ago and then there was no solution to this.
