Hi Huawei,

fetch index is currently not implemented for SWT because we haven't
made up our mind how it should work in this case.

In your example, would you expect the answer to be 0 (C's index in B)
or 2 (C's index in the tree seen as a list, depending on current
expanded state of nodes)?

Swing trees have generic support for treating a tree either as a list
or as a hierarchy. In SWT you have the hierarchy only at API level, so
what would you do with a result of 2?
