it's possible but far from trivial and requires quite a bit of
environment tweaking which is what the exe is there for. 

But anyway, it's not what you need. You don't want a coverage analysis
of qftestJUI itself but of your application while under test and that
application is run in a completely separate Java VM.

Simply create a script that will start your SUT with coverage enabled
and run that script from qftetJUI's "Start SUT client" node and you
should be all set.
