Re: [QF-Test] Commented lines still effective for the QFT Jython compiler

Hello Hans,

you shouldn't use the syntax

 $(qftest-variable)

in your Jython scripts, because these variables are expanded before the
script is passed to the interpreter. If a variable is not known to QF-Test
(as it seems to be in your example), you will get an error. To be on the
safe side always use

 rc.lookup("qftest-variable").

Best regards,
   Robert

QFT seems to ignore commented lines in a SUT script sometimes:

  table = rc.getComponent("$(componentId)")
rowCount = table.getRowCount()
# if rowcount < 0:
# firstItemIndex = 0
# lastItemIndex = rowCount - 1
# rc.setLocal("rowCount", rowcount)
# rc.setLocal("firstItemIndex", "0")
# rc.setLocal("lastItemIndex", lastItemIndex)
# print $(rowCount)
# print $(firstItemIndex)
# print $(lastItemIndex)

  I have to remove the lines starting with "#" so that QFT doesn't "see"
them. Why?
