During evaluation and after having signed the Software Maintenance Agreement, you get our all inlcusive maintenance package on a yearly basis (from 480 Euro/year):

  • all kinds of Upgrades. Even major Upgrades are included.
  • Support via email and telephone within a defined response time in English and German language - directly from our QF-Test developers and testers.
