[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] Re: [QF-Test] QF-Test daemon and Jenkins
Hi Rafael, good news first: You don't need an extra QF-Test license on the Linux PC just to make daemon calls. But you are right, at this point you need a complete QF-Test installation on the Linux PC in order to initiate the daemon tests on the Windows Machine and I agree that's a bit excessive. We'll discuss what can be done about that. It would be nice to have the daemon calling code directly in the Jenkins Plugin, but I don't know if that will work license-wise. As you suggest, the alternative would be a minimal package for making daemon calls only, perhaps in a way that can easily be installed with or co-located with the QF-Test Jenkins Plugin. For now, please use a full QF-Test installation without a license.
