Hello, regarding the issue with the black screenshots, we had a similar issue some time ago. For months we had the problem that some of the screenshots in our reports just showed a black picture while others were just fine. After a long research we found out that the Windows Power Options of our virtual (windows) machines, that the tests were executed on, happened to be the problem. In this case the option "Turn off the display" was set to something like 15 minutes. While the execution of the testcases is working just fine even with a turned off display, only a black screen is recorded when the screenshot is taken. Maybe you have a similar issue and want to check these settings. If not desktop is present, QF-Test cannot take those screenshots. "Create screenshot of individual windows" works well because QF-Test renders the window into an offscreen buffer. In this case it does _not_ take a real screenshot of the application window, thus those screenshots do _not_ look like the real application, because all post processing effects are missing. However, it is not recommended to run GUI tests in a locked user session or in the service session, like described in FAQ14. I checked the option "Create screenshot of the whole screen" but i get only a black picture. The option "Create screenshot of individual windows" works very well. What can i do? Can i configurate this option anywhere? Remark: We have include qftest into a Jenkins job with an Ant-Build. This is a snippet of code: <exec executable="${qftest}" failonerror="true" resultproperty="returncode"> <arg value="-batch" /> <arg value="-compact" /> <arg value="-runlog" /> <arg value="${logdir}\+b" /> Best regards Markus -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
