[QF-Test] An idea
The more I write GUI tests, the more it is completely like programming to me.
QF Test has a kind of IDE. But of course it has not the power of the best IDEs for programming languages. It's "programming language" is mainly graphical.
I imagine this: QF Test records the stuff optionally into a Java class. Then the class can be edited with the full power of Java and IDE's like Eclipse. It would be similiar like the word macros. Behind the scenes you have the full power of a programming language and IDE (in that case Visual Basic editor und VBA).
Of course this turns the concept upside down. I don't really think you to really get on this track. But currently I feel that this way it would be even more productive to write GUI tests.
