Hello Mark, Hans,

I agree with Mark that the default for inserting a node should remain
unchanged, i.e. a single node only.

On the other hand, a customizable template functionality would really
make sense. Have you tried creating a template suite with your most
used templates under the "Extras" node? Such a suite could always be
quickly accessible, especially if you increase the number of recent
file entries in the "File" menu. Copying a template from the suite
would be much quicker than creating a Try/Catch/Finally or similar
templates from scratch.

A configurable menu for templates would be preferable, but a template
suite might be a good interim solution.
