Hello Hans,

try out the following SUT script:

componentID = "frameSwing2.text"
# Assume the input text is stored in the QF-Test variable text
text = rc.lookup("text")
textComp = rc.getComponent(componentID)
textComp.setText(text)

Regards,
   Robert

How do I run events like "Input" from within a Jython script?

  I searched for rc.input, but it is not there.

  Checks seem to be described and can be used by rc.check.

  I wanted to automate some input events in a procedure with a Jython
script.
