Hello Mark,

I didn't know about Ranorex before. It's certainly worth a try. Of
course you'll need a "real", native Python installation, you won't be
able to use it directly from qftest's Jython.

If you can create Ranorex-Python scripts that do what you need, you
can run them from qftest using "Start process" and "Wait for process
to terminate" nodes.

If you do give it a try, please let me know how well it performs.

By the way, what kind of tasks do you need to automate in IE? Trivial
stuff like just closing it or something more complex?

Best regards,
