Please see tutorial chapter 9 and manual chapter 7 about the various
possibilities for recording tree nodes, including the differences
between numerical and textual index and the difference between using
syntax and using "Sub-item" nodes.

Please play with the various options for recording sub-items. Then, if
you still have specific questions, please ask again.
