Hi Rob,

interesting suggestion. Though your setup is rather special and there
are few users with this need, I can imagine that it becomes tedious to
record sequences the way you describe.

But I wonder if your suggestions are sufficient. It appears that what
you really need is a way to toggle packing of MOUSE_MOVED events
during recording, for example by using another hotkey. Also, do you
really need to record _all_ MOVED events when drawing or only specific
ones at certain locations?

Can you please explain why you need to toggle filtering of unnecessary
events? What kinds of events are filtered that you would actually need
some time but not the other?
