This is something that would be valuable to me. We use JTrees
extensively in our software. It would be nice to have an option to check
invisible nodes or not.

Of course. I've noted it, though that doesn't guarantee it will be
done. It may fit in well when we renew the check machanism. Anybody
else need this? Each vote for this feature (or any other) will
increase its chances of being implemented.

Thinking about it, I hope you don't want to check invisible nodes as
well, do you? There could be a lot. On the other hand, it would be
more flexible and qftest could always give up if the number exceeds a
certain limit, so perhaps it's not such a bad idea.
