Hello Ralf,

you can either replace the 'setup' node with a proper 'dependency' to
achieve intelligent SUT startup on an as needed basis.

For a quick, simple solution, just move the 'test-case' nodes into a
separate 'test-set' to get the following structure:

+ test-set outer
  + setup "Start SUT"
  + test-set inner
    + test-case
    + test-case
    + test-case
