Hello Werner, upps, I'm sorry, my answer wasn't correct. First, as you noted, it's indeed -compact, not -compactlog. Second, after studying the code a bit more closely, -compact is used for batch execution mode only, it is ignored in daemon mode. As there is no way (yet) to set an option on the command line, you'll either have to provide a dedicated system configuration file, that you can specify with -systemcfg or use the (more complex) method of running a dedicated test as suggested in my previous mail. The ability of specifying this option as a parameter to runTest would have been a good idea. I'll make a not for when we update the daemon API but that's not on the immediate roadmap.
