[QF-Test] PDF in web browser

Hello QF-Test enthusiasts,

I have a problem with checking pdf files opened in a browser. I am using the ie browser and my url leads to a redirection to a pdf file.

When I was testing pdf reports in my last job, I have converted the pdf to a bunch of images and then compared each image with an etalon.

In QF test I don’t know where to get the pdf files opened in the browser or how to save them. Then I guess I could be able to convert them again to png and compare them.

I’ve tried using the qfs.autowin.acrobat.savePDF procedure, but it didn’t work.

Then I tried comparing the screenshots of the entire browser window, but it didn’t work well either because of the multiple pages, which I couldn’t scroll down.

So I ask, how do you test pdf files?

Thanks for any help!
