[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] Re: [QF-Test] Version 4.0.6 Experimental Support for Firefox 40 Recommended for Testing?
Hi Mike, good question. Firefox 40 support in QF-Test was based on the then current Firefox Beta version. Most times that's good enough but sometime the Mozilla developers break some API late in game before the final release, hence the "experimental". We tested QF-Test version 4.0.6 against the recent updates for Firefox 40.0, 39.03 and 38.2 ESR and all are working fine so feel free to go ahead. If you want my advice though: Switch to Firefox 38 ESR and save yourself the trouble of frequent Firefox updates, in practice they don't change anything pertaining to the functionality of your web application.
