[QF-Test] HMI Version Comparaison

  • Subject: [QF-Test] HMI Version Comparaison

I'am aiming to build a script that compares between two HMI versions. For this purpose, I'am using the function "getComponent" to retrieve the old version HMI graphic components in the new version. In other words, I'm using the old version components' "Ids" to look for the components in the new version. However, this method is not efficient  because this function (getComponent), in some cases, doesn't recognise a component that didn't change. In addition, it's highly depedent to the fact that the component is visible or not on the HMI.

So, do you have another solution? Thanks.
