[QF-Test] Jython or Groovy?

I am curious of everyone’s thoughts on which scripting language to use. Do you use one or the other? Or both?
I have used QF-Test before, but am in charge of a new team who has not used QF-Test. Other than myself, the rest of my team members are all Test Analysts who have very little or no development experience. In my previous team, I used Jython.
Thanks for your input.
