Hi Praveen,
 
I typically find that the documentation is the best place to find this kind of information.
In my 2.1.0 release, I find that run context is extensively documented in the user manual, section 26.6 (III Technical Reference/26 Jython Scripting).

could you please tell me where i can get a list of all the methods with there description which can be used with rc, say like rc.getComponent(), rc.logMessage(), rc.check(), rc.lookup(), rc.setGlobal(), getRowCount. similar to this lot of methods will be there, where i can get these things so that i can use during scripting.
