[QF-Test] Updating recorded menu item components.

How does one update recorded menu items without QF-Test
creating new entries with new component id's ?

If a new item is added to a menu the result is that
the class count, class index values for the other
record menu items in that menu may change. It
may also be that the x,y,height and width values
for some of your existing entries has changed.

Consequently the situation can arise whereby QF-Test
creates new entries for recorded menu items with new
component ids, instead of using the existing component
id's ( i.e. fails to recognise that entries already exist with matching
'feature' i.e. the menu item text ).

The 'Use Id of Original node' option is only available
from the 'Update components' dialog which can only
be launched by right clicking on an entry in the
'Windows and components' section.

The problem is that when the SUT's window is made
inactive, the popup menu disappears. This makes it
impossible to use the 'Update Components' facility
with respect to menu components and their children
i.e. the menu items.

Normally I'd use the hotkey F11 facilty to record the items
in a menu, but this does not offer the update and 'use
original node id' options.

I hope I'm making sense here!
