Hi All,

Just to make it clear:

We can't use the letter "b" in our tests, which is very frustrating.

Thanks,

Subject: [QF-Test] Using the char "b" on SWT application activates theRecord Components feature

Hi,

Set focus on eclipse while qftest is open in the background and hit the char “b” using the keyboard resolves in a wired behavior by qftest, the Record Components feature kicks into action

Note: Instrumentation took place, so qftest recognizes eclipse already

This enables entering any input that include the char “b” within a text box and therefore is a high severity bug

Also there are more actions that involving the use of “b” that are impossible to implement with qftest at this point

Please provide a fix ASAP or at least provide info on how to reconfigure a different behavior than the current one

Please advice, my Record Options within the Component section indicate the Hotkey for components is set to be Alt-B, this option is not working right, may be the above problem is caused by this qftest bug that is referring to hitting the char “b”/ ”B” as if it was Alt-B

Thanks
