Hi Greg,

Thanks for your support.

We need to generate a customized log summary file(csv file) with only the test verification results.

For Eg:
Test Case Name                        Verification                                Result
Feature01/TC0001                      Button Label "OK"                         Pass
Feature01/TC0002                      Dialog title ""xxx"                           Fail

We wanted to write the logs to the csv file in parallel to the qftest logs.
The reason is to make it as a single process(Test execution process) and to reduce extra overheads(running a second process to parse the xml).
We are planning to define a process(an automated task) where the csv files will be provided as an input to check in the generated logs to a regression run log repository.

A schematic representation for your understanding.
Let me know your inputs on this.

Hi Alfred,

is there any reason why you cannot use the XML report for further evaluation of the test results? Do you really need instant feedback about the result of a check?

Best regards,
