Greetings!

This is very nice to know! Has anyone used VMware with batch runs of QFT files? How does the screenshot work? As i understand it (limited understanding), the screenshot is essentially a snapshot of the clipboard, isn't it?

Regards

Venky

Hi Oleg,

QF-Test can do a lot with a locked screen. Unfortunately for simulating
Drag&Drop QF-Test needs to use hard events and those are blocked in the locked
state.

As a solution for this problem I see the usage of a virtual server like VMWare.
If your tests are running in a VMWare window, they are not affected by the
locking state of the host.

Moreover VMWare allows normal working on this machine in parallel to tests
being executed.

Best regards,
   Karl
