[qftestJUI] Thread dump when excepting

Hi QFS team,

(1) When QFS catches/throws an exception (notably a deadlock exception),
it is absolutely crucial that we have access to a thread dump. QFS
appears to have specific handling of exceptions in that it has a
DeadlockException. Inside this handling would be a perfect place to
also include a thread dump. Actually it would be good to have this
thread dump accessible in the same way QFS takes a screenshot when
something goes wrong.

(2) Lacking this functionality currently, what are our options in terms
of obtaining a thread dump (i.e. the same output from CTRL-\ or kill
-QUIT <pid>)?

Thanks,

Rob
