Hello Christian,

even without recording or replay qftestJUI exercises various parts of
your application because it has to keep track of all the components.
Sometimes that this triggers a deadlock. In all except one known
cases, the deadlock was _not_ caused by qftestJUI, but due to a fault
in the SUT. To find out what's going on in your case we need a full
thread dump. Please see
http://www.qfs.de/archive/qftest-list/2005/msg00092.html for how to
generate one.

If you just want to get past the deadlock without investigating and
take the risk of a hidden bug in your application, try setting the
option "Run-log->Content->Number of events to log for error diagnosis"
to 0. Most SUT deadlocks are triggered during event logging. Note that
all qftestJUI does is call event.toString() for an event handled on
the event dispatch thread...

Also, please try the current qftestJUI version 1.08.2 which has code to
reduce the probability of triggering a deadlock.

Best regards,
    Greg
