Far as I know, the installer itself is a native Windows program, so
qftestJUI can't do anything with it.

If you're trying to automate a complete build-install-test cycle, you
should be able to run the installer in silent (i.e. non-interactive)
mode. If your application uses its own JRE, you can instrument it by
copying the accessibility.properties and qfconnect.jar to its lib and
lib/ext directory as explained in the manual in chapter 17. Then you
can run qftestJUI in batch mode to test the installed application.
