Privacy policy

Data protection

Our website can generally be used without entering personal data. Where personal data is entered on our websites (e.g. name, address or e-mail address), this is always on a voluntary basis where possible and exclusively for the purpose specified. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

We would like to point out that online data transfer (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security loopholes. This means a complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.

Contact information published by third parties in line with the obligation to provide legal information may explicitly not be used for sending advertising and information materials which have not specifically been requested. The operators of the page specifically reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising, e.g. via spam e-mails.

Privacy policy for the use of PIWIK

Our website uses the web analysis service PIWIK (piwik.org). To carry out this analysis, PIWIK uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored to your computer and provide analysis of your use of the site.

The information generated by these cookies, such as time, place and frequency of your visits to our site, including your IP address, are transmitted to the PIWIK server of our provider and partner WorNet AG in Germany and stored there. As part of this process, you IP address is immediately anonymized so that you as user remain anonymous to us. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this site is not transferred to third parties. We do not generally use cookies on our website. Occasionally, cookies are used to store data on the technical session management in your browser's memory. Newsletter

When signing up for subscription of our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Furthermore, we collect and save automatically the information about which newsletters are sent to you, whether you have opened it, which link was clicked and any other information about the reaction to the newsletter (For example (automatic) responses or a lack of deliverability – hereinafter called “newsletter data”).

The newsletter data will be used to determine, whether our newsletter meets your interest and how we can organize it more individual and adapt it to suit your personal interests and needs and so to improve it.

For an effective registration we require a valid e-mail address. To verify that an application actually address made by the owner of an email, we use the "double opt-in" method. To this end, we monitor the order of the newsletter, sending a confirmation email and receipt of hereby requested response. Further data are not collected. The data will be used exclusively for sending newsletters and not shared with third parties.

The consent for the storage of your personal data and their use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time. In each newsletter, there is a corresponding link to. In addition you can unsubscribe directly at any time on this website or tell us your request via the corresponding contact details indicated at the end of this document.

Privacy policy for the use of DoubleClick by Google

On our website, we promote the service “DoubleClick “ by Google, a Google Remarketing belonging to the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google". Use of Google-Maps

We use the “Google Maps” component of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google.”

Google sets a cookie in order to process the user configuration and data when the page with the integrated “Google Maps” component is displayed. As a general rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but rather expires after a certain time, as long as it is not previously manually deleted by you.

Server data

Due to technical reasons among others the following data provided by your web browser is stored by our provider in so called server log files:

  • Operating system
  • The web page you are coming from (Referrer URL)
  • The web page you are visiting Date and time of your access
  • Your internet protocol (IP) address

This anonymous data is stored separated from your personal data possibly provided and does not allow conclusion to a dedicated person. Data may be used for statistical purpose to optimize our web presence and offers.

Information, deletion, blocking

You have the right to get free information on the personal data saved about you, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing at any time. You also have the right to correct, block or delete this data.
