Your email address is used solely for the purpose of communicating information from QFS or immediate resellers of QFS products to you. It will not be given to third parties.

The QFS website contains links to other websites. QFS is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.

Personal data and third parties

QFS will not make your personal data available to third parties outside of QFS/immediate resellers of QFS products. QFS may share aggregate and statistical data about our customers, our revenues, access to our website etc. with trustworthy third parties. Such data will be made anonymous so that individual persons or companies cannot be identified.

In case billing or accounting data is processed by service providers, they will be bound by the German Data Protection Act and other applicable law and also bound by contract to the privacy policies of QFS. We will transmit your data to entities entitled to receive information if legally obligated or in adherence to a judicial decree.

Erasing your data

You are entitled to have personal data stored by QFS erased at any time. If you do not wish to receive further information from QFS or wish to have your personal data erased, please send a corresponding email to qfs@qfs.de. Erasure of data will not affect billing and accounting information.
